In addition to the planned activities, most excursions will allow plenty of free time for you to explore our well-chosen destinations. If you prefer to make other arrangements or just relax at the hotel instead, you are welcome to do so. If so, we kindly ask you to please inform your driver or courier. We will  depart after breakfast and return in the late afternoon or early evening.

Set in a former Victorian coaching inn at the gateway to Snowdonia, its ivy‑clad façade overlooks the scenic River Llugwy and woodland surroundings. Due to the historical nature of the hotel, there is not a lift. It is stairs only to the first and second floor where the main hotel rooms are all situated. The Stables Lodge accommodation located in the annex to the main building has a lift.
